nope, redhead twintails isn't in HS DxD... unless she's not in the anime. i've got all of Funimation's Edub disks of that one. maybe she's a LN character that hasn't been on-screen yet. but i doubt it, she defintely gives me magical girl impressions.

nope, not SAO or GGO. Sinon is the only female character from SAO or the GGO spin-off show with green hair. plus she's never looked like that ever.

i've no clue, honestly other than Snake and Chun Li i believe the other 3 figurines are anime staffers' creations. i've been watching anime since 1990 and i don't recognize any of them.

the redhead in twintails and the big staff with a heart shape at the point straddling the tank's cannon would be OBVIOUSLY some magical girl franchise. but since MG aren't my cup of tea, i'm unfamiliar with any except what happened in Cardcaptor Sakura and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchises. also, i haven't completed the MGL Nanoha franchise either so if she's in there... shrug!

i've never watched Grls n Pnzr so the other commenter could be right.
